At GCF Group, we value the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy describes how the QQCapital application (hereinafter, 'the App') manages information when you access to view your investments.

1. Information the App Processes

Although QQCapital does not allow registration of new users within the mobile interface, to function it requires processing certain data linked to your pre-existing account at GCF Group:

  • Account Identifiers: Username, email address or client ID (used strictly for authentication).
  • Financial Information: Balance data, returns and investment history (for viewing and consultation purposes only).
  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version and technical identifiers necessary to maintain session security.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

The data processed by the App has the following exclusive objectives:

  • Authentication: Verify that only the legitimate holder accesses the financial information.
  • Informative Display: Show the updated status of investments made previously externally.
  • Security: Prevent unauthorized access and ensure the integrity of communication between the App and our servers.

3. Background Data Collection and Permissions

  • We do not collect sensitive data: The App does not access your location (GPS), contacts, text messages (SMS), microphone or camera, unless explicitly required for a biometric security function (such as FaceID/Fingerprint), in which case processing occurs locally on the device.
  • No advertising purposes: We do not sell or share your information with marketing agencies or third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Security and Data Transfer

All communication between QQCapital and GCF Group servers is carried out through secure encryption protocols (SSL/TLS). We apply administrative and technical security measures to protect your data against loss, theft or misuse.

5. Third Party Providers

We may use technical analysis tools (such as Google Firebase Crashlytics) to monitor application errors and crashes. This data is anonymous and not linked to your personal identity.

6. User Rights and Data Deletion

In accordance with personal data protection regulations:

  • Access and Rectification: You can consult your data within the App. To correct it, you must contact your GCF Group advisor.
  • Account Deletion: Although registration is external, you can request the unlinking of your mobile access or the deletion of your account by sending an email to: support@gcfgroup.com

Note for Google Play: We comply with the account deletion policy by allowing the user to request the deletion of their access credentials.
